Analytics, data, or information?

Understanding how to maximize the data and analytics programs you have is key to digital transformation. CEOs consider data a key factor in their success. Program leaders have the opportunity to generate real value and transform businesses. This webinar explores the current state of analytics programs and what to expect in 2020. The key takeaways are practical and actionable.

Real-time analytics

The benefits of integrating real-time data analytics into webinars are numerous. Real-time Analytics can be used to improve sales and quality. This technology allows webinar hosts the ability to track a range of metrics such as attendance, sales, product satisfaction, and more. This technology can also be used by marketers to determine the most engaging content for their audience. Participation will increase if your audience is aware of the real-time analytics.

Blended learning

What is the ROI in blended learning? If you don't measure the cost, ROI is impossible to measure. By assessing the effectiveness of webinars in meeting business goals, you can measure ROI. First, calculate how much blended learning is costing you and then measure your ROI. How your employees and managers view the training will determine whether it is effective. Remember, your ultimate goal is to increase profitability in your business.

FAQ

Who is leading today's AI market

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an area of computer science that focuses on creating intelligent machines capable of performing tasks normally requiring human intelligence, such as speech recognition, translation, visual perception, natural language processing, reasoning, planning, learning, and decision-making.

There are many types today of artificial Intelligence technologies. They include neural networks, expert, machine learning, evolutionary computing. Fuzzy logic, fuzzy logic. Rule-based and case-based reasoning. Knowledge representation. Ontology engineering.

Much has been said about whether AI will ever be able to understand human thoughts. Deep learning technology has allowed for the creation of programs that can do specific tasks.

Google's DeepMind unit has become one of the most important developers of AI software. Demis Hassabis was the former head of neuroscience at University College London. It was established in 2010. DeepMind was the first to create AlphaGo, which is a Go program that allows you to play against top professional players.

What does AI mean for the workplace?

It will change the way we work. We can automate repetitive tasks, which will free up employees to spend their time on more valuable activities.

It will help improve customer service as well as assist businesses in delivering better products.

This will enable us to predict future trends, and allow us to seize opportunities.

It will give organizations a competitive edge over their competition.

Companies that fail AI will suffer.

Where did AI come?

The idea of artificial intelligence was first proposed by Alan Turing in 1950. He suggested that machines would be considered intelligent if they could fool people into believing they were speaking to another human.

John McCarthy later took up the idea and wrote an essay titled "Can Machines Think?" John McCarthy published an essay entitled "Can Machines Think?" in 1956. In it, he described the problems faced by AI researchers and outlined some possible solutions.

What is the role of AI?

An artificial neural network is made up of many simple processors called neurons. Each neuron receives inputs from other neurons and processes them using mathematical operations.

Layers are how neurons are organized. Each layer has its own function. The first layer receives raw data, such as sounds and images. These data are passed to the next layer. The next layer then processes them further. Finally, the last layer generates an output.

Each neuron has an associated weighting value. When new input arrives, this value is multiplied by the input and added to the weighted sum of all previous values. If the result is greater than zero, then the neuron fires. It sends a signal along the line to the next neurons telling them what they should do.

This continues until the network's end, when the final results are achieved.

Who was the first to create AI?

Alan Turing

Turing was first born in 1912. His mother was a nurse and his father was a minister. He was an exceptional student of mathematics, but he felt depressed after being denied by Cambridge University. He took up chess and won several tournaments. He returned to Britain in 1945 and worked at Bletchley Park's secret code-breaking centre Bletchley Park. Here he discovered German codes.

He died in 1954.

John McCarthy

McCarthy was born 1928. Before joining MIT, he studied maths at Princeton University. There he developed the LISP programming language. He had laid the foundations to modern AI by 1957.

He died in 2011.

AI: Good or bad?

AI is seen both positively and negatively. AI allows us do more things in a shorter time than ever before. There is no need to spend hours creating programs to do things like spreadsheets and word processing. Instead, instead we ask our computers how to do these tasks.

Some people worry that AI will eventually replace humans. Many believe that robots could eventually be smarter than their creators. They may even take over jobs.

What are some examples of AI applications?

AI is used in many fields, including finance and healthcare, manufacturing, transport, energy, education, law enforcement, defense, and government. These are just a handful of examples.

  • Finance – AI is already helping banks detect fraud. AI can scan millions of transactions every day and flag suspicious activity.
  • Healthcare - AI is used to diagnose diseases, spot cancerous cells, and recommend treatments.
  • Manufacturing - AI can be used in factories to increase efficiency and lower costs.
  • Transportation – Self-driving cars were successfully tested in California. They are currently being tested all over the world.
  • Utilities are using AI to monitor power consumption patterns.
  • Education - AI is being used for educational purposes. Students can use their smartphones to interact with robots.
  • Government – Artificial intelligence is being used within the government to track terrorists and criminals.
  • Law Enforcement-Ai is being used to assist police investigations. The databases can contain thousands of hours' worth of CCTV footage that detectives can search.
  • Defense - AI systems can be used offensively as well defensively. It is possible to hack into enemy computers using AI systems. Artificial intelligence can also be used defensively to protect military bases from cyberattacks.

Statistics

  • In the first half of 2017, the company discovered and banned 300,000 terrorist-linked accounts, 95 percent of which were found by non-human, artificially intelligent machines. (builtin.com)
  • In 2019, AI adoption among large companies increased by 47% compared to 2018, according to the latest Artificial IntelligenceIndex report. (marsner.com)
  • That's as many of us that have been in that AI space would say, it's about 70 or 80 percent of the work. (finra.org)
  • More than 70 percent of users claim they book trips on their phones, review travel tips, and research local landmarks and restaurants. (builtin.com)
  • Additionally, keeping in mind the current crisis, the AI is designed in a manner where it reduces the carbon footprint by 20-40%. (analyticsinsight.net)

How To

How do I start using AI?

A way to make artificial intelligence work is to create an algorithm that learns through its mistakes. You can then use this learning to improve on future decisions.

For example, if you're writing a text message, you could add a feature where the system suggests words to complete a sentence. It would use past messages to recommend similar phrases so you can choose.

The system would need to be trained first to ensure it understands what you mean when it asks you to write.

To answer your questions, you can even create a chatbot. You might ask "What time does my flight depart?" The bot will reply that "the next one leaves around 8 am."
